Kids ABC Yoga This class combines yoga with word and letter games for kids ages 3 to 13! Using the alphabet and fun songs, kids are encouraged to be present with their bodies while learning yoga with the added bonus of enhancing their literacy. Kids Yoga Birthday Parties available.
Massage for Common Baby Discomforts
In this class you will learn how to adapt the massage strokes from ABC’s and 123′s for times when baby is experiencing colic, gas, constipation, congestion, teething pain as well as sleep routines. You will receive all natural, vegetable/fruit based oil, handouts and notes. If you just want to learn massage for a specific discomfort your baby is experiencing such as colic or constipation, this class is for you! AVAILABLE CLASSES
Massage for Your Growing Child
Massage is not just for babies! Older children love massage too! Providing massage for toddlers and school aged children helps release stress and tension, ease muscle aches associated with growth spurts and exercise and provides a great opportunity for communication and bonding. Massaging children in this age group empowers them to know that being touched is their choice. It builds confidence, self esteem and a healthy body image. This class is appropriate for babies who are rolling and crawling away as well as toddlers, preschoolers and school age children too!
In this session you will learn how to adapt massage strokes to nursery rhymes, songs and stories so that your child can be an active participant in the massage. You will receive natural vegetable/fruit based oil, handouts and notes of what you’ve learned. And as an added bonus, your child will soon be asking if they can massage YOU! Brush up on your songs and nursery rhymes and bring your singing voices! AVAILABLE CLASSES
Group Sessions
Minimum of 4 participants is required. Maximum 8 to allow for best visibility and personal instruction.

30 minute workshops for groups (includes discussion, demonstration and handouts) also available and start at $150. Please call to arrange a date and time!
PLEASE NOTE: Prices listed are for one caregiver/child. Moms, dads, grandparents, siblings, nannies or other caregivers are all welcome to attend! Expectant moms and dads are most welcome and can learn on demonstration dolls. Babies should be at least three weeks old and massage is easiest until baby is crawling; however strokes can be adapted for babies who are on the move!
